Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 14 days (accompanied by a sales receipt). If an item is returned between 15 and 30 days, an exchange or merchandise credit will be given. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. All returns must be unworn, unaltered and in saleable condition. Returned merchandise should include our packaging. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Please allow approximately 2 weeks to process your return.
If you received the item as a gift and do not have the order number, the item may be exchanged or returned for store credit. Gift exchanges that do not have an original order number will be valued at the current cost of the item.
Please be sure to obtain a tracking number when you ship the order back to us. We cannot be held responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during return transit.
If you are shipping an item over $100, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please ensure returned jewelry is packaged properly as we will not accept damaged items. Upon receipt of any merchandise, Kelli Ames LLC has the right to deny returns of any items that do not meet our return policy standards.
Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value.
If you wish to exchange an item for another rather than receive a store credit, you must contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will check if the requested item is available and reserve it for you. Once we’ve received and processed your return, we will notify you. An additional shipping charge will be required to send the new item.
Returned shipping costs for all orders returned are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account, contact your credit card company and contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items (including items purchased during promotional events) are final sale.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your item is defective or damaged and you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
