Kelli Ames is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania USA.

 

Do you have a customer service phone line?

Yes - please call 1 877 805 6680 between the hours of 10 am and 6 pm Monday through Saturday EST.  For all other times, please contact us via email at info@kelliames.com.  We will respond within 12 hours.

 

How long will it take to receive my order within the US?

As customer service is so important to our company, we make every effort to process orders within 3 business days.  Estimated delivery is 3 to 10 business days.

 

How long will it take to receive my international order?

As customer service is so important to our company, we make every effort to process orders within 3 business days.  Estimated delivery is 7 to 15 business days. All shipping, customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We ship via USPS first class registered mail which is trackable ONLY until it leaves the continental US.  For our Australian and New Zealand customers, delivery time is typically 12 - 14 business days.

 

Will I be notified once my order has shipped?

Yes.  You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another one once we have shipped your order.

Will my Kelli Ames purchase arrive gift-wrapped?

It will be boxed in our beautiful black and white box and tied with a black ribbon. Please contact us if you would like us to include a shopping bag and tissue or if you would like us to wrap your package (either option would incur a $5 fee).

 

Can I include a personalized message with my purchase?

Yes.  During checkout you have the ability to include a personalized gift message at no extra charge.
